From the first consultation staff were knowledgeable and able to relate information in a way that made initial diagnosis and subsequent correction plan clear. The office has a welcoming reception area and no one is more welcoming than Colleen! Dr. Z always approaches patients and their family with a smile. Staff thoroughly explain procedures to alleviate any anxiety a patient may be feeling. Highly recommended!

Great retainer to braces to retainers (again) experience! Really caring (and building a relationship) with my kids. Sensitive to my youngest being tired of her in-place retainers (and missing gum). Encouraged her for the long term and allowed her to express disappointment and work through the change-management-process for a bit (a few tears) at one appointment.
